Refund & cancellation policy
Cancelling a loan (cooling-off)
You can cancel a loan within the cooling-off period stated in your Key Fact Statement. Repay the principal and interest for the days used; no penalty is charged. The processing fee may be retained, as stated in your Key Fact Statement.
Returning a product bought on EMI
Returns follow the store's own return policy. When the store accepts a return within the cooling-off period, we cancel the loan and refund any EMI or fee you paid.
Payment refunds
- Double or excess payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- If money was debited but the payment failed, it is reversed automatically by your bank or our payment gateway.
- Refund status is shown in the app under Payments.
Shipping
We do not ship goods. Products bought on EMI are collected from, or delivered by, the partner store.
